1. Data Controller

The controller of your personal data is:

Eco English Natallia Abramuk
NIP: 8952249515
Poland
Email: thefuntenlearning@gmail.com

2. What personal data we collect

When you request free materials through our website, we may collect:

  • your first name;
  • your last name;
  • your email address;
  • information confirming your consent to the processing of personal data;
  • information confirming whether you have voluntarily agreed to receive marketing and promotional communications from us.

We may also process basic technical information generated when you use the website where this is necessary for the operation and security of the website.

3. Why we process your data

Your personal data may be processed for the purpose of:

  • receiving and processing your request;
  • sending you the free educational materials you requested;
  • maintaining a record of your request and the consents you have provided;
  • ensuring the technical operation and security of the website;
  • where you have separately agreed to receive marketing communications, sending you information about our educational materials, products, services, promotions, special offers, new releases and other news related to The Fun Ten and Eco English.

Where processing is based on your consent, the legal basis for processing is Article 6(1)(a) of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

4. Marketing communications

Receiving marketing communications is voluntary. You are not required to agree to receive marketing communications in order to request or receive the free educational materials offered through the website.

If you give us separate consent to receive marketing communications, we may use the email address you provide to send you promotional and commercial information relating to our educational products, materials, services, offers, promotions and other news.

We will only send such marketing communications where you have provided the relevant consent.

You may withdraw your marketing consent at any time. You can do this by contacting us at thefuntenlearning@gmail.com or, where available, by using the unsubscribe option included in our marketing emails.

Withdrawal of marketing consent does not affect your ability to use the website or access materials that do not require marketing consent.

5. How your data is stored and processed

Information submitted through the website may be stored using Google Sheets and processed through Google Apps Script and Google email services in order to process your request, maintain records of your consent and send the requested materials.

If you have separately consented to marketing communications, these services may also be used to maintain information about your marketing consent and to send marketing communications to your email address.

The website is created and hosted using Tilda Publishing, which may process technical information necessary to provide and operate the website.

These service providers may process personal data on our behalf in accordance with their applicable data protection terms.

6. International data transfers

Some service providers used in connection with the website may process personal data outside the European Economic Area.

Where required, appropriate safeguards for international transfers of personal data are applied in accordance with applicable data protection law.

7. How long we keep your data

Personal data used to process your request and provide the requested materials is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this Privacy Policy and to maintain appropriate records relating to submitted requests and consent.

Where you have consented to marketing communications, your personal data may be processed for marketing purposes until you withdraw your consent or until the marketing purpose is no longer applicable.

We may retain information necessary to demonstrate that consent was given or withdrawn where this is necessary to comply with legal obligations or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

Personal data may be deleted earlier where appropriate or following a valid request, unless its continued retention is required by law.

8. Your rights

Under the GDPR, depending on the circumstances, you may have the right to:

  • access your personal data;
  • correct inaccurate personal data;
  • request deletion of your personal data;
  • request restriction of processing;
  • receive your personal data in a portable format where applicable;
  • withdraw any consent you have given at any time;
  • object to the processing of your personal data for direct marketing purposes;
  • lodge a complaint with the competent data protection supervisory authority.

Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before consent was withdrawn.

If you withdraw only your marketing consent, we will stop using your personal data for marketing communications. This does not affect processing that is necessary for other purposes for which a valid legal basis exists.

To exercise your rights or withdraw your consent, contact: thefuntenlearning@gmail.com

9. Voluntary provision of data and consent

Providing the personal data required in the request form is voluntary, but without the required information we may be unable to process your request or send you the requested materials.

Consent to receive marketing and promotional communications is entirely optional and is separate from the consent or processing necessary to fulfil your request.

Refusing or withdrawing marketing consent will not prevent you from receiving the free material that you requested.

10. Data security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss, misuse, alteration or disclosure.

11. Changes to this Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time where our services, technology, data processing activities or legal requirements change.
